How coaching works? what do I need to know about the process of coaching before I jump in? In this article i'm telling you everything you might want to know about coaching with me. Here are the 5 steps of the process:

Close personal guidance


In coaching with me you’ll receive close personal guidance along the way, which includes weekly meetings, bi-weekly calls, daily feedbacks, and constant checks on your goals and actions. There is someone behind you during the training process to support the path to success, and to make sure your full potential comes to life

The training is made up of 8 sessions (can also be 6-12 depending on a person) spread over two months. This is the time needed to identify patterns, create results and complete a meaningful process. The coaching process is The amount of time your skills and potential will be fulfilled, and will continue to exist in your life even after the training is over.

I do not accompany trainers for a longer period, the breakthrough needs to reach a certain pre-set time period! There is no room for games when it comes to your potential so there is no reason to drag the process if there is no change. I invite you to commit to yourself and to what you can create, let's start a powerful process that can change your life!


Identifying Disruptive Patterns


Training is getting to the stage where you will identify your disruptive patterns, you will understand what is stopping you from moving forward with your goals and what habits and approaches do not serve you in your life.

Identifying patterns is a critical step in training! Because this is the stage where there is a leap in the process, when you’ll know how to identify the pattern, you have the opportunity to stop and correct it, thereby making a significant improvement in your life. making your breakthrough. Usually we don't know what is it that stops us, what keeps us from moving forward, what do we do wrong ... This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself and to find out where you are missing out and how to cross it!


Creating awareness and focus on solutions


In training, you’ll learn to create awareness in your life, the first step in the path to change. Many times we think we are in awareness while the opposite is true and we are taking victim approaches. When there is awareness there is a positive shift and you are able to direct yourself to think of solutions, that is to take a responsible approach. You will learn to think solutions and how to find the ones that work for you in life. As you are getting your mind to think of solutions, you open yourself so many doors and opportunities!

During the training we will work with a tool that helps create self awareness! You’ll learn to recognize the good things you do, by increasing self-confidence, by raising the level of daring, and the motivation to live your potential - will increase.

Building a Goal Plan


You will learn how to set a goal and how to build it. You will be given time planning and management tools in a way that can integrate the actions into yourlife. Setting goals is a means that moves us as human beings, helping us to be more active towards the important things in our lives.

When planning a trip abroad do you plan it in advance? Do you check where you want to go? Where would you like to visit? Even checking routes and taking recommendations for restaurants and attractions? Imagine what your trip would look like without planning. This is exactly why we want to learn to plan our goals in life.

For some reason people tend to plan a lot of things but forget to focus on planning their goals in life and the things that matter to them.

you will complete the training with high planning skills, which will be reflected later in your life on anything you want to achieve!


Meeting personal goals
