How to use your humanity?

More and more we stop paying attention. Maybe in the first place we will not even try to see - what is the person in front of me trying to tell me? We are people, and we need to connect with people. When there is not the most basic reference and interest, when our humanity loses its power, it frustrates us, it disappoints us and even hurts us.

As we have already said, we are people, and things always happen. It's not obvious that everything is fine. The most basic thing that will bring the humanity we need, is to take an interest in who is in front of us. Culturally it is something that we are missing more and more. We all need to be seen, listened to. And the best way to do that is to just be interested and

ask: How do you feel today? Is there anything you need so much?

These are the simplest questions in the world that can change everything for someone! When we feel seen, heard, it makes us feel good. When we feel good we can be better at everything we do. And all it takes is to meet our basic need, to connect. To be interested. To drive humanity.

The need for humanity is expressed everywhere in life. At work, at home, at school, in the family, and we too towards ourselves…

Example from the workplace -

In a lot of places the employee arrives in the morning and no one is interested in him, probably no one will ask him how he is or how he got on the road to work. It will probably make him feel less pleasant and less comfortable in the same workplace, his boss expects him to give his one hundred percent but his motivation is on the floor because he feels that no one really cares about him. If they were interested in him in the most minimal way possible, things would look different for him and his motivation to succeed and give of himself was much higher.

In the same way, these questions can also streamline and improve the day on a technical level. If someone in the same office had a broken screen and he came in the morning and asked, does anyone have another screen? Instead of letting it bother him and take care of it on his own, he solved it in seconds because someone else in the office had another screen.

Example towards ourselves -

How many times have you led yourself to do something or act in a certain way that in the end turned out to be not at all what you need? Sometimes we go after something we think we want and after that realize we wanted it for the wrong reasons… But if we learn to look inward, and really understand what our, our own needs are, it can save us days and even years of frustration.

I encourage you to start asking yourself more of these questions that bring in humanity.

A good way to do it with yourself is through writing, meditation, walking…

I encourage you to start asking more of these questions also to the people around you,

what we give is what we get back.
